Allure has been around for more than 20 years. Their girls are real and the pics are real. They are professional pictures so they will be photoshopped but everyone photoshops.

Google has something like a pyramid team those recruit you and ask you to log in 10 minutes a day to bump up some business advertising in Google and if you can recruit some more guys you get paid something.
