Amy is gone from changs

Been having a sort neck form a bad sleeping posture ,so I decided to call up Amy at Changs to get my neck fixed up. To my surprise , Amy no longer works there. I didn't even bother asking sherri if there is anybody else working cuse Amy was good at what she does (Chang lovers know what I mean).
If anybody knows the wearabouts of Amy let me know.

Spoke to Amy on Tuesday of this week. She is going to China today and will be gone for at least 2 months. She will be missed!!

Shirley has hired a new masseuse named Juliet. She's okay but definitely not in the same category as Amy or Shirley in my opinion.

Hi all i just got back from Chang for a 45 mins session and it was amazing.I got Shirley and i had my fair share of massages but this lady is very good at what she does.. i havent got a (professional massage in ages) but i happen to find out about the place my accident but was very glad that i did.What i really liked was she told me i had a few notts in my back and paid extra attention to it.and u have to love all the hot towels.The best in Toronto so far..Keep up the Great work Shirley,i will definite come back..Brian

I was at Changs last week, I have been there many times over the years and thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the massages by Amy and Shirley. Spoke with Shirley after arriving and agreed to try the new lady. I thought her name was Julia but may be Juliet, ears not so sharp anymore.
This was obviously my first time with her so I didn't expect the full treatment I usually have but I must say it was an excellent massage. She still needs to learn the fine points of keeping everything going in a fluid manner but I think it won't be long before she is in line with traditional Chang's methodology.
While not Amy she is very good at massage, friendly and is excrutiatingly good at doing the tease.
I will be back, maybe Shirley next time but I will see Julia/Juliet again.

Her English isn't the best so I'm not 100% sure she said her name was Juliet. It could have been something similar. I've seen her twice now and she is improving. Definitely not to Shirley or Amy's level yet but hopefully she will get there.

Shirley told me that it took 1 year before her customers thought that Amy was acceptable.

You may be right. However, I believe Shirley if she really said such thing. She struct me as a very honest and hardworking person. I am a long time customer at Chang's and I remember those days when Amy wasn't as popular as Shirley. Shirley was really helping Amy out. Ironically, first time I've ever had a session at Chang's was with Amy. I made an appointment with Shirley, but somehow I got a massage from Amy. I didn't know what Shirley and Amy look like. When I arrived there, both Shirley and Amy were available, and I told them that I have an appointment with Shirley. When I took shower and get ready for massage, Amy entered the room and started the massage, so I thought Amy was Shirley. Eventually, Amy told me that she is Amy after asking me whether I am happy with the massage. Anyway, I was happy so it really didn't matter.
After Amy's departure, I know Shirley is looking for the replacement. I hope Shirley get some good help. She told me not too long ago that proper hard massage takes a lot out of her and she cannot do more than 7 in any given day without comprising the quality. Good luck to both Shirely and Amy.

'Juliet' is no Amy or Shirley. Clock watcher and rude on the business side of things. I have always tipped Shirley and her girls very well but don't appreciate it being demanded. If Shirley is not available I will be going elsewhere in future.
