It's definately not easy and most of the time, money doesn't do the trick unless it's an absurd amount (which I've never bothered to try since it's not worth it in my book). Most girls in China (including the pros) aren't THAT sexually liberated yet plus the service they do provide (BJ, rimming, etc) are often scripted and required by their workplace, not because they want to do it. Hell, some won't even let you go down on them so anal is way out of the question.
