Andy Fletcher (Depeche Mode) to play at Famous Night Club on Feb 22nd

Supposedly, according to Depeche Mode's Facebook wall, Andy Fletcher from DM will DJ at Famous Night Club on the 22nd of February 2011.

Too bad I cant be there.
Dont know about his DJ'ing, but been a great DM fan all my life.

Not sure which one Andy Fletcher is but I did like DM when I was growing up...............they went a bit mad when they went to US

Blasphemous Rumours was one i really liked and had the 12 inch vinyl of that which got played a lot..............think it must have been around 1985................

I think when you are about 16 music is really important so it forms part of you memories not so much that you like it or not but you just remember it now

I would be the same as you with most music today because I dont listen to as much new stuff as used to to

I think the Cure and David Bowie made some good music and are a bit better than the others listed above. Let's see other 80's bands I listened too, the English Beat, Happy Mondays, New Order, Madness and of course all the metal and hard rock.
