I’ve only ever give a full amount to the manager (if I’m seeing her) or the room fee to the manager with the rest of the tip going to the girl (though I’ve given the full amount to the girl if I’m seeing her).

Although….if I look at this from their side, it could be a misunderstanding. Typically it is 60 for 45 mins at a lot of places, but they should get that sorted out.
