was just at EBC area. 3 more places have real estate signs for sale. EBC adn wilmont area looks to be a target for LE. I would avoid richmond hill and markham spas, and these two places in particular. Hope this helps. Now I have to drive so far....

The drive is what makes the MP experience worthwhile. The growing anticipation as you drive there and the slow yet steady comedown and eventual withdrawl symptoms as you drive home. IMHO I like the fact I have to drive far to get to any decent MPs otherwise Id be in the poor house.

The clean up was expected. Good for the remainder if any can be survived. Yes, avoid for the area until all clean up. Not worth the risk....

I visit those MP's quite often and I wasn't surprised that they got busted. Kinda made me sad though. Anyhow after quite a bit of searching I found one of my regulars in a nearby unit and she told me that the lease expired!? I don't really think that I beleive her, but what would she gain from lying to me about that?

Lease is how they are shutting them down. The LE is forcing the building owners to not renew leases. Seems LE does not realize they can actually move

Actually, LE does realize that they can move, and if they move into the 416

area code or go out of business, then York LE fees that they have won.
