I was just reading about clients hanging up on the answer phone on another thread and thought I would start a new thread to see if anybody manages to get people not to hang up right away?
What do you say on your out-going message that you have maybe found helps? We have to put the answerphone on at times and I can hear it pick up as I am working on a client and then the usual tone as the phone goes down. GRRRRR!!!![]
