Mandatory ? I have a hard time believing that . I could be wrong but it sounds more like someone just making their own rules . If I’m wrong feel free to correct me but I’ve had legit RMTs leave me undraped

I have seen Ann couple of years ago but she never provided direct billing. So I don't think this is Ann although same location area.
