When I saw the title, Thai massage at Mt. Pleasant & Eglinton, I assumed it was an ad for Pineda.

I have not seen this woman's ad before but given the price and the fact that there is oil involved, I would assume she offers a hj finish as a minimum. You can always contact her and be polite about it and ask if she offers extras. Better than wasting your time and money to find out she doesn't offer extras.

The girl in the second ad looks cute. Too bad there are no extras to be had according to her ad.

Papaya, you might be better of seeing Thai Jenny at Just Relax on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Sundays. It is in a nice clean facility with free sauna and all. $60/hr room fees and $20 tip for HJ is all you need. You can't beat that. Come over on Sunday and I will give you a $10 discount on room fee, so you will go home very very happy with just $70. She is one of the best masseuse I have ever seen with amazing hands to make you happy.
