Any recommendations for a good "real" massage ?

Somedays I really need the services of a RMT for my aches and pains. Are there any recommendations of MPAs (or independents) that provide an above average "real" massage ? Of course if they also provide the extras, thats a bonus

Sandi at Alpha care gives a fantastic real massage, I've considered once or twice just going and getting a basic and have the whole 45 minutes just working out the knots (never have though, I can't restrain like that)

Tunia is located @ 1560 Bayview, a couple of blocks south of Eglinton on the west side.
