Really, if the sore is full blown and obvious then it might be detected, but in a darkened room, it is hard to do a clinical exam, even for โ the girlsโ lol. Also there is asymptotic spread with Monkey Pox, no sores visible. If an individual has open sore and lesion associated with Monkey Pox then they would also likely have other symptom, such as fever, enlarged gland, nausea, etc. in other words a general feeling of malaise and pain with the last thing that they would want to do is have a physical encounter. They would probable require bed rest.
