just a quick question i have a really phobia of feet and clowns and no matter where i look i cant seem to find out what it is called has anyone got the answer

I think you're talking about two different phobias? If so:

Hello again so quickly! I can definitely recommend Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) for a gentle and efficient resolution of phobias. EFT is a meridian based therapy that involves tapping on points on the body whilst using wordplay to focus on aspects of the problem.

Where abouts are you?

Thought Field Therapy in quite similar to EFT and has about a 98% success rate. I can almost certainly put you in touch with someone in your area.

Phobias can almost always be cleared up in one session and usually within the first 15 minutes!
