Anyone here ever worked for Dolce Salon & Spa in Arizona

Just wanted to add that they have some interesting hiring practices. For instance, they require 3 weeks of mandatory training WITHOUT PAY. Also, they have mandatory staff meetings that are also unpaid. I was just wondering if this type of thing is typical for all large spas?

I worked in a place that did this. One hour before business hours, about once every three months.

Well the spa I work at is new (about 6 mo. old), and not by any means large... we have just four treatment rooms ATM, but our training and our staff meetings are unpaid as well.
(Although they did provide lunch during the days of our training.)
