Anyone know how to get Ustream Chat to work?

Whenever I try to sign into the ustream chatroom I just get the spinning loading circle, it doesn't load Ive left it for over 2 hours once to see if i can get it to work. Still didn't work. It rarely works and the last time ive been able to sign into one chatroom was a few weeks ago. Does anyone know how to get it to work. Ive opened the Port 1935 and it still doesnt work.
OS- Windows Vista (Yes unfortunately) Just updated to recent update.
Security System- Trend Micro Security.
