She's been in the buisness for a number of years under several different names (never a good sign) and has received her share of bad reviews. For the most part with Ivy you'll be paying for eye candy and not for good service.

I have had many good sessions with Ivy.
Very friendly, great to look at. The more sessions i have with her, the better they seem to get.
Took me a while to get to see her, had a luke warm meeting once at prestige, but her looks made me want to go and see her. Eventually we meet up at WRO, and had a decent first session. She almost seems shy to start with, and like i said, the more sessions we have together they just get better.
