I am toying with the idea of offering a Massage Membership program to my dependable, regular clients. I am thinking of doing this to avoid any of them feeling like they are being taken advaneforum.xxxe should they see some of my 'new client' specials.
What I am thinking of at the moment is a four-tier program. They will either PREPAY the monthly fee for the time frame they desire in full, or authorize me to charge their credit card each month for the monthly fee. I am thinking of a couple dollars off their first session of the month, as the membership monthly fee, then maybe $5 off additional sessions that same month.
Just as an example: 3, 6, 9 month commitment: $59/month for first massage then any additional sessions for $55.
If they commit for 12 months, $49/month with additional sessions at $45 each.
I am also thinking about allowing them to add family members also.
Disclaimers to the effect of: the membership fee covers ONE massage each month of membership.
I hope I explained this clearly enough... :|
Has anyone had any experience in utilizing this kind of program? If so, what were the pros and cons. If anyone can think of anything to add to this or to my membership agreement, I'd love to hear your ideas!
TIA!
