I guess this sort of falls under Procedure... I hope I am posting this in the right place.
Ok, this morning, I overslept. My first client was at 7:30am. I still arrived at my spa, at about 7:25, so technically, I was not late (I usually am here 30 minutes or more prior to each appt). Anywho, there was no sign of her. This particular client drops her kids off at the bus stop, so I'm thinking she couldnt not have been early, and if she was... she would have at least waited until her appt time before leaving ?? I don't wanna call her and just be like, oh hey , was worried... you didnt show up, and she say... well you werent there... But I do feel like I should call her. Any suggestions as to the time frame I should wait to call ?? Or does it matter?
