Appointments at BBC

I know BBC has a great rep, and the couple of times seen someone has been most enjoyable. The girls are friendly, and they do their bit lovingly and conscientiously.
However, if I do my research, choose someone I'd like to see, work a session into my week, make an appointment a day in advance, and do my bit to be on time, I would hope that I'd find the girl there when I arrive. Understandably things can happen, but I guess I'd hope for some kind of consideration in lieu. Some compensation for my time and effort in scheduling time and driving across town and keeping up my end of the appointment. If the policy is to confirm appointments just before you come in, then I guess that should be stated somewhere.

Case in point: I schedule a morning session on the previous day, arrive for the appointment on time, and find that, not only is the girl I scheduled with not there, but there's no one there, save for the suitably apologetic receptionist. She can't tell me when anyone will definitely arrive, nor who's definitely on for the rest of the day or evening. I didn't make a big deal of it, obviously out of her control, but doesn't BBC do something for you when they can't honour an appointment in any way?

Also, had dropped by the previous Saturday am, to find only one girl and the receptionist there. Hadn't made an appointment on that day, so I guess I'm partly to blame, but is BBC actually open for business from 10am onward or is it just sort of a maybe thing, find out if there's going to be more than one girl when you get there.

Dont want to be a grinch, but if it were any other kind of service where you make a specific appointment, I would've been blowing my stack and demanding to see someone higher up.

Quite a while ago, I had an app't set up with one of the ladies and when I arrived she was not there and could not be reached on the phone. I was there during the morning discount time.

Anna, the lovely receptionist did her best but there was nobody around other than one gal who was with a customer - I declined to wait and be next. And sadly, Anna didn't want to fill the session either!

So, Anna was very kind and offered that the next time I came in, I would get the discount price regardless of the time of arrival and if I showed up during discount time, she would take some bucks off the fee. I showed up next time during regular hours - the lady I wanted was only there at that time - and Anna kept her word.

So, IMHO, BBC has done a good job when a screw-up happened.

Well, yeah, sounds reasonable, and I certainly would've appreciated that offer, however none was forthcoming.
So maybe I'll have to call customer service, if I can figure out who that might be.

lately we have been having problems with girls showing up on time, or even showing up to their shifts- this morning- 4 girls were scheduled to be there at10am, and 3 of them called in sick and the other one was late. This morning was the first where noone showed up- perfect monday morning....

Anyways- we expect the girl to show up on time for her appointments, like any job. I apoligize on her behalf-

I'm guessing the power outage at BBC this evening did not help matters either. As luck would have it I was about 4 steps from the door when the power went out in a good portion of Van.

Asian girls love money and typically always show up on time (or close to it) everyday. No lame excuses (not to say that at times a girl might be genuinely ill). Non-Asian girls in the business tend to be less reliable (with exceptions, of course).

I have read a lot about bbc but have no idea what bbc stands for or how to get there or hot to contact them. Can someone help?
