Are all agencies run by the feds?

I booked a gorgeous girl through an Asian agency. But when i googled their name and email it came up a federal corporation.

Don't know much about what it means but it's probably run by agents if the government.

I feel sick the last few days because she is so hot and i cancelled last second. But don't know how to feel.

Is there any way these days to get laid without the drawbacks like blackmail?
