My baby is almost 8 months old and she'll just sit still in my lap if i massage her legs or arms. She doesn't squirm or move around it's like she so relaxed but when i don't massage her if she sitting on me she gets so squirmy. I been massaging her since she was 4 months and she started to walk at 7 1/2 months she's mastered her walking and is really good she turns 8 months next week . do you think her early walking has anything to do with the leg massages i had given her?
 
it could well be the reason why your daughter has developed so well....and yea baby's loves massages
 
babies enjoy massages like we do. it has nothing to do with walking. my son has enjoyed this since day 1 and he is over a year old. they feel good, and they relax. whats not to enjoy about them? lol.
 
Studies have shown the tissue massage can help develop muscles in children and infants.
