Good advice. The closer a man is to the Zona the more he needs to be on his guard. (Which is why I'm willing to walk a few blocks to get away from the ZN and tourist areas when "transacting business.")

The going rate is $1.50 per hour; some massageplanetes have short usage rates. Always ask about the rates first so you don't pay "gringo prices." Pay in pesos if you have them as the exchange rate at Internet massageplanetes is often bad.

What I like best about the 'Internet massageplanetes' in Tijuana is the price. I usually pay a dollar, but I use the computer very little checking my email or checking briefly my favorites sites. I think it cost something like $1.50 an hour if you want to use it for longer periods. You can't beat those prices.

They are all over TJ. Besides those mentioned there is one near the Villa Zaragos, another is near the famous taco stand on 5th and F. Martinez. There are some on 8th Street (near Ninos Hereos). My favoriate, because the keyboard is in English, on Revolucion between 8th and 9th. (Between San Bourns and Amnesia on the opposite side of the street.)

There is one near 2nd on the east side of Rev, one between 4th and 5th, I believe, on the west side of Rev. Watch your stuff when you are using the computer, put everything in front of your feet if you are carrying anything and watch your cell phone.
