Hi all,

I have just come across the Advanced Reflexology Technique DVD and wondered if anyone has used it and if its was worth buying? I would be interested to hear what you think of it as an addition to my initial training or if it would be better to do the course instead (but obvioulsy more expensive!!)

Carly, have seen this dvd also and wondered if it would be a good buy.
At the moment no funds for any courses (!) but would like to find out more about different reflexology techniques.

haven't seen the DVD but there are lots of posts on the web of people giving reflexlology treatments - so perhaps before you invest....have a look around at what's available for free

have a book by laura norman which gives FABULOUS warm-up/advanced routines which enhance everyone's experience of reflexology. i did advanced techniques at college even though i couldn't really afford it....i agreed when i was told that, as as the only student not doing additional teachniques, that i'd have to sit in the corridor while the others got the extra coaching; nice
