As a Massage therapist, can I bill my clients that are currently taking...

...their insurance companies to court? I have a massage therapy business that sees alot of insurance claims. However, I have several clients that end up with exhausted benefits or just don't agree with something with their insurance company and they take them to court, which in turn freezes whatever payments the company can make on behalf of their client. I have been waiting for almost 2 years on several of my clients for payment!

I was wondering, can I bill my clients that are taking their claim to court or even send them to collection if they don't cooperate? Thank you!
