My first thought was that it had to be the guy's, then I started looking at the angle of the shot. It's too high to be from a chair, which is where he would have placed his cloths and possibly hidden a camera. The room could have a wall shelf like Aloha, but then he would have to disguise it, unless the girl consented to be filmed (which I doubt).

I still think it's the guy's, just not 100% sure.
