JOHNSTOWN, Pa. (WJAC) — A Johnstown massage therapist accused of assaulting one of his clients pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct Wednesday, a lesser charge than he was previously facing.
According to court officials, 43-year-old Shawn Marker will not have to serve any jail time but will have to pay $464 in fines.
He was initially facing indecent assault and harassment charges, but those charges have since been withdrawn, court documents say.
