Atlas - tourist trap?

If you go Atlas make sure you print out the disvount voucher to get a 50% discount on your entry fee.

All the clubs in the center of the city are more expensive than those who are a tramride away.
They do have a bigger selection of girls and maybe the girls are a little better looking.
In 2003 I saw some sexshows at desire (which has an add on EOL). They ranged from pretty hot ( live lesbian sex) to totally lame ( two girls dancing around with a dildo).

What is bad about these places are the price of drinks and service.
This is understandable since the clubs are luxurious and located in the citycenter.

What is really really bad is the pressure to get lapdances and buy drinks, this is fucking irritating.

If you do plan to visit Atlas and Desire, here is a little advice.
If you feel pressured to buy drinks or lapdances, be strong and get the hell out of there.
These two place are as far as I remember very close to eachother, but both of them are as you said tourist traps, personally I would say all clubs with sexshows are tourist traps.
This doesn't mean that they are bad it just means that they are more expensive.

I've seen Club Atlas decribed in more than one place as a "tourist trap" without any explanation. Any idea why this might be? Is it any more of a tourist trap than many other clubs that, lets face it, are in business to get as much money out of us as possible?

I know it heavily promotes it's live sex show; maybe its not as good as they like to think?

If anyone's got a suggestion for a club that's got a good live sex show that isn't a tourist trap, I'd really appeciate the details
