Excellent day for a ride!

Just finished a 58 km jaunt, which was PERFECT if not for the fucking dogs off leash! :shock: And the Ipod walkers that crowd the trails. :shock: But the absolute WORST was the Ipod walker with a yappy dog off a leash! :grrrrrr:

Just chillaxin on the deck now, and will be firing up the grill soon for a seafood buffet!

Have a party this evening for a good friend and will top it off with a sexfest with the wife! If I could somehow figure out a way to fit a canoe trip and a round of golf, it would be the perfect day!

Saturday, I cut down an old poplar that was threatening to fall across my drive/onto my truck, then cut it into logs, then dragged them out of the woods with my pickup.

Then sunday I stripped them of bark and rolled them up on stands to get them off the ground so they can begin drying.

The offcuts I split with an axe and stacked onto my wood pile so they can season for next winter.
