B&S Needs a Schedule
I like B&S, but I shop around using the net. And I too have gone elsewhere because the website didn't give me what I wanted. But I said nothing. Customer service maxim: Everyone who says they didn't visit is speaking for a considerable number who also didn't, and couldn't be bothered to call/write/post to tell you. Take complaints seriously, each one represents a lot of lost sales.
Granted B&S happily rhymes off today's, or tomorrow's list when you call. But that's not what the guys complaining here want. It'd be nice to compare w/ the web pics f'rinstance and it's a hassle to ask them to go slow so ya can write everything down. Maxim: Give them what they want if you can, hear them when they say what you are giving isn't 'just as good'.
Updates and accuracy are a problem
