Ok ive not been on here a while as not been working for myself.
I started working in a beauty store and did my back in..took weeks to get better.
Now im stiff nearly all the time ansd the pain goes into the front of my legs.
Ive been to a osteopath but cant really aford it any more. I am a massage therapist and have had massage but can no longer work in this business anymore.
Can anyone help what to use or do and why is there pain in my legs?
