The way I understand it, it is supposed to be June 19 with caveats that "Stage One" doesn't result in a jump in new covid cases. In that instance, all bets are off! Keep your fingers crossed! (Although some of us have our connections )

I drove by less last weekend and both were closed. Surprised Mint is now open as they run the risk of by-law issuing a hefty fine. I have since learned through replies in this post and Govn’t officials stating June 19 for second stage, which includes massage establishments.

All I am going to say is that if an establishment has your phone number on record, try calling to make an appointment. I heard a rumor that a few places are answering calls from regulars for "future" appointments (how far into the future, you decide).
