hi can anybody help me i put a post on here a few weeks ago becuse i had sciatic painhave now been told it is a trapped nerve the pain is unblieveable i have now been put on naproxin trianmdol and something for the nerve the chemist said my hubby will have to take me off the ceiling cos i am going to be so high any i was wondering about a chiropractor but when i checked the prices around here they are just so expensive i cannot pull out £30 to£40 on benefit the doctor has said to go to physio again but i find it never seems to help when my back plays up this is the worst it has ever been,so would anybody like to do a swap i do indian head massage i have just qualified in this and i do reiki so chiropracors in county durham please help
