Hi
Today I spoke to a potential client who contacted me through my husband, I have only just finished my reflexology diploma and also have swedish body massage but do not yet have insurance.
Anyway this potential new client had fallen down some stairs at work and now has some back pain, he discribed it as a throbbing pain and is manageble and he is still working. He was after some advice on who to see. I explained that i did massage and reflexology which could help the problem, I surgessed that he go and see his doctor first just to make sure that there was not a serious problem with his back and i would be happy to give him a treatment for free as i do not have my certificate yet or in surance and need to build a good client base.
Did I do the right thing refering to the doctor first, he did mention at the end of the conversation that he was going to claim on his works insurance as the accident happened there.
any advise please
