I was wondering if anybody could give me some advice... I was thinking about seeing a chiropractor or an Osteopath...

My problems are:

I have lower back pain where it's sort to sit sometimes due to the pain very near the bottom of my bum....

Also, on the back of my neck, I'm sure due to bad posture, I have a lump or more like a hunch back (I'm only 29)

So my question is... would anybody be able to help with my problems??

Hello GAil,

Many types of therapies woud be bale to help you. Acupuncture, Shiatsu, Bowen Technique, Ostheopathy... just to name a few. If the problem is emotional also, some therapies might be more suitbale than others. Alexander Technique can help you become more aware of your posture.

as already said above there are many therapies that could help...to add to those reflexology is good for Back problems too.
