HI Gaz
Wheesh, where do I start?
....... I have chronic hyperventilation syndrome which had led to all kinds of upper body muscular problems, also I have poor posture which has exacerbated my neck and shoulder problems, years of carrying bags incorrectly, paper rounds as a teen, sitting at a computer half my life (I'm 38)......... the recent problem with my lower back started about 4 weeks ago, I don't know if it's related to any of the above but it started soon after I started using a lumbar support roll, the doctor thinks this is the reason whereas my physio says it's not possible to overuse the roll, so now I don't know what to think. I sit at a desk for my job but I cannot do this at the moment. I've been doing pilates for almost a year and I'm worrying now that there is something horribly wrong with me, the pain is not as bad this last few days but Ive put it down to that fact I'm not working at the moment, I can sleep better but I usually wake up with discomfort in mylower back, lying on my side causes problems in my shoulders so I prefer to sleep on my back. I'm going back to my GP tomorrow because I really want to beat this thing and get better and I don't know where to turn next
Thanks for your support
