Im not sure if this is the right place to put this question but I think its close enough.
I have a bad knee. I suffer from Osgood Schladerial (spell check) disorder, which is an inflamation in the knee joint that manifests itself in a bump, which can become painful if any pressure or force is exerted on it.
Ive had my "bump" since puberty and Ive learned to live with it, and so far I havent had too much troubles until I started Shiatsu where I need to sit on it for several minutes on a time.
This hurts alot, and while my teacher understands that my problem he still frowns upon be shifting around when it gets too painful.
Plus standing up after kneeling can be tough and it takes me a little bit for my knee to flex normally again.
Does anyone else have this problem or any advice?
