There was a discussion on a different forum about rates, and I explained that I haven't been to an adult massage parlour in many years because I'm not interested in the more expensive services that those places offer, and they were not interested in customers like me. My comments were, I figured, well thought-out about market forces and why the semi-legit places have exploded in popularity to fill the gap.

Well, how dare I question the almighty AMP industry? The White-Knight culture there has completely taken over, holy fuck.

Let's not digress to the point that we just bash service providers needlessly, and keep our observations civil and based on service and value, not on traits outside of someone's control. But, conversations around pricing and value for money are I believe essential to sending business to those that excel. To date, I think this forum has managed to strike a good balance (yeah, some conversations come off the rails, but that's a different topic) between sharing information and being respectful to the women.

The blue forum's members conduct has been conditioned to be like that. It's how the members made it because each member there learn from each other including the attitude. I also am a member in another forum and there is a scoring system where your reviews get rated and panned. You need to have good penmanship like Playboy articles or else the moderators can banned you. Many noobs on here would not last two posts of one liners and they would not even gather enough points to view veteran's posts when it's restricted access rated. That forum has a wealth of information but it's extremely brutal to noobs. Blue Forum is a walk in the park compared to that.
We have trolls here and moderator does not ban or monitor frequently. If it did, many of those one time visitors would never survive past one post.

Yea, but I do have to agree with that one time visitor: Cici at the Blue Lagoon was awesome. But, I disagree with him that the CiCi at Happy Times Oasis gave a "not too bad" massage. I thought it was "just okay"

And don't get me started on what he said about that newer place on 99th street, with that "new young girl" they keep advertising.
She may be younger than he is, but a shit-load of make-up and teeny bopper clothing....doesn't make an aunty young.

1. Probably, because he actually wanted to suck your dick and you weren't serious.

2. Or, the moderator has us crush on you, and he was jealous.

3. Or, the moderator got a parking ticket for parking in a handicap zone, and wanted to randomly get revenge. Then maybe, he put a bunch of names (including yours) on pieces of paper and shoved it up his ass. If its no.3 and he drew your name....what a shitty thing to do.

This thread is getting confusing , but I will say that I am totally in agreement with BigBill on his original point that the semi-legit segment is the way to go. The AMP segment is just pure silly, designed to part fools from their short term cash. The best segment imo is finding independents in private settings that offer great massages with a YMMV experience. Definitely difficult to find these gems. It's not about being cheap. As I've posted before, hobbyists should take care of all their other financial obligations including investments first, and then indulge in this hobby as a tertiary activity. Be smart with your money so you can enjoy all of this for as long as you are around. Though I don't live in Edmonton, I vote for places like Xiaoping as first choice when one can't find a compatible and compelling independent.
