I got the ok from my daughters Dr to start baby food, veggies first. She's 4 1/2 months currently eating oatmeal (has been eating it for 2 weeks, and for 1 week 2 times a day), and doing VERY well on it. Her Dr told me how much, and how often- But I was wondering if other moms have had more succes with adding it to cereal (and what "recipie" did you use?), or just give it the way it is?? I've read the stuff on the "food allergy risk", however neither my husband, my self, or anyone in our family has any food allergies, so her Dr and I aren't too concerned. We know to do 1 food every 3-4 days just incase there is an allergy. I'm JUST asking best way to introuce baby to it. Thanks!!
