A Devon hair and beauty salon owner touched two women indecently during massages, a court has been told. Plymouth man Tahsin Hassan, aged 35, groped one lady's breast several times and put his hand on the inside of another's pants on another occasion, a jury was told.
Both women had consented to massages, but prosecutors said Hassan went beyond what they agreed at his salon, the Plymouth Herald reports.
Each lady quickly left the business in tears and immediately told others what had happened, Plymouth Crown Court heard.
Hassan, of Albert Road Stoke, is on trial after he denied indecently touching the complainants without their consent.
He pleaded not guilty to sexually assaulting one woman on December 8 last year and another on January 12.
Janice Eagles, opening the case for the Crown Prosecution Service, said Hassan had qualified as a hairdresser at Plymouth City College last summer.

She added he opened the Tahsin Hair and Beauty Salon in Beaumont Road, Lipson.
Miss Eagles said the first complainant was still in her teens when Hassan gave her a massage in December.
She added that Hassan paid her compliments about her body.
Miss Eagles that woman agreed to strip from the waist up and cover herself in a towel in a therapy room at the back of a salon.
The court heard that Hassan gave her an appropriate massage of her shoulders and the top of her chest.
Miss Eagles said he then asked to massage her legs and she removed her tights.
She added: "The prosecution say she was only consenting to a professional body massage, nothing else, and certainly nothing sexual."
Miss Eagles said that Hassan then touched the woman inside and outside of her pants.
She added that, wanting an excuse to make him stop, the lady asked to use the toilet.
Miss Eagles said Hassan left the room and she checked his mobile phone to realise that the massage had been going on for almost two hours.

She added that Hassan wanted to continue the massage, but she thanked him and left the salon.
Miss Eagles said that she quickly called her boyfriend upset and crying to say that Hassan had "taken the massage too far".
She added that the second complainant was in her early 20s when she agreed to a head massage, expecting it to also include her shoulders.
Miss Eagles said: "He moved beyond what was agreed between them, moving his hands down her body to her waist and the side of her ribcage, getting close to her breasts and also touching the upper part of her inner thigh."
She added that the woman had never encouraged his touching by her words or movement but was afraid because they were alone in the room.
Miss Eagles said Hassan then groped her breasts several times.
She added the woman tried to stop him and got up with the excuse that she wanted to call a friend.
Miss Eagles said she did phone someone, starting to cry as she explained to the friend what had happened.
The court heard that the woman did not go back into the salon, leaving her coat and bag behind. Her father collected them later.
The trial continues.
