Not many Asian options in the Surrey area, you are better to try Vancouver, Burnaby Metrotown/Joyce, or Richmond.

You can also do a search on CL (type in Richmond) there will be lots of Asian SPs show up. You can try Ruby, Cookie, Rain (left for HK), Jojo, etc...
