Just back from a trip to Beijing and Weifang ( Shandong )
Beijing has a lot of freelancers ( compared with a few month ago when the Olympics took all action away ) but they ask prices that are way to high. Funny is that they approach you in some of the biggest shopping streets next to the police guys who are always there to "watch over your safety" ............
Weifang is always the same. The girls in their barber shops are a bit Amsterdam like ( except the color of the lights ) and and prices start at 100 RMB for a hand job. In my hotel you have a good choice with some real cute girls for 300 RMB. The smaller cities are in my opinion still the best places but if you are a tourists I cannot imagine that you travel to a place like Weifang just for some action.
