As far as I am concerned, who cares if he was framed if he had been using steroids?

If you are a cheater, fate dictates you'll get caught one way or another.

I love what he says about steroids, "What it did for me? It didn't make me run faster. It just [allowed] me to train harder and I could recover quicker. You're in better shape [because you can train harder]."

How the hell did it not make you faster. Being able to train harder and recover faster is part of getting faster. :
