Basically the title says it.
My best-best friend for almost 6 years now knows EVERY little detail about me and my life, even the embarrassing/kind of disgusting details. And vice-versa. However, we go to two different high schools. She always finds and excuse not to introduce me to her new friends. She is honest with me and says that it is because I'm too pretty and they will all hit on me and she has told me how jealous she is of me because of my natural beauty. However, I do not think I am pretty at all. I know i'm not ugly but i don't hold myself in nearly that high of standards. But it bugs me and sort of hurts to know that my best friend doesnt want to introduce me to her friends, yet I always introduce her to my friends when I get the chance. I know she is jealous of me (for some reason that I don't understand) and she doesn't want her friends to think that I am prettier than her, but it just hurts. I tell her that its offensive but she just plays it off like it a joke and says that she is just trying to protect me so that she can avoid the subject. Its obvious that she tries to change the subject, so i know she basically knows what I feel. What am I suppose to do?
