Best location at Yonge and Eglinton for new MP?

Someone I know is looking at opening an Oriental MP in the Yonge and Eglinton area. For those guys that visit MP's in the Eglinton to Lawrence/ Mount Pleasant to Avenue Rd area, where would the best place be to open or perhaps offer to take over an existing MP?

Also, what would make you more inclined to visit one spa over another: Location, cleanliness, discreet entrance, access to highway etc.

I will not recommend a particular location. But I will suggest that
the segment of Yonge near the Eglinton intersection is a major
No-No. That is where Wendy's day spa is located which is not too bad
a place. I would avoid the first few blocks north of Yonge. The
heavy pedestrian traffic and concentration of many other businesses
in the area might help raise the profile of the spa. But you
better keep a low profile in such a busy area.

That area seems to have reached its saturation point TFH.

If you are looking to locate in a busy area with less LE and neighbor interest, you may want to look closer at Yonge Street, south of Bloor.

Don't forget the very large Police Station (Division 53 HQ) located on Eglinton just west of the Yonge/Eglinton intersection that would also act as deterent

As close as possible to the subway.

I think that the Forest Hill spa would have stayed at its old
location (256?) if it was any good there.

Further west, Avenue to Allen Road, is saturated, too much competition.

Personally, I would probably go to Healing Hands more often if it was closer to the subway. Ditto for 2578.

Don't know how business is at the strip club formerly known as Cheaters, but putting an MP close to a strip joint probably makes sense, as long as you can handle rowdy and horny drunks.

Just my two cents but, if you go a bit southeast of Laird Dr. & Eglinton there is an Industrial area with a lot units to rent. For me I prefer to go to a place without all the pedestrian traffic and easy to park (I.E. SRM, Allure ,Silhouette and the like), but this area is right off the Eglinton Buss line in fact one of the busses drives right through the area, I'm not sure which one though. Again just my two cents.

I believe you're referring to the Laird bus that goes thru there.

BTW, there's a MP at corner of Laird & Eglinton, NW corner 2nd fl.

There are also a few very large high schools right around Mount Pleasant and Eglinton and the police don't want more pervs looking at the young girls in short skirts than they already have.

as i know. eglinton east and mountpleasant ,there is a massage place...very clean and nice,there has a girl working there name is kitty.college student. 617 mountpleasant road.sweet and good english.
