Best semi-legit option either downtown OR near TTC station

I have looked around a lot on the site, but a lot of the semi-legit options that are discussed most don't quite work for me, mostly due to location.

I am on a budget, don't have a car & live downtown. Keeping that in mind, who among you can tell me what option (either place, or specific MP) is best for wanting the following variables:

* Under $100 (preferable $80 give or take) w/tip
* Attractive MP (don't need super-young, just pretty...nice body would be nice)
* Hard treatment massage for upper body
* Good Tease/HE
* Downtown or within 15 min walk of TTC station (max total 45 min trip from downtown)

Welcome, but optional bonus: Some touching, some skin, some sensuality...but not FS or really anything getting past 2nd base.

Any thoughts? Is this too much to ask?

Sunrise at 302 Adelaide. Used to be crappy but has improved recently.

Sunrise is good... There is also Kawaii Spa at 574 Yonge. There are a few places around that area of Yonge too.
Also a number of places along Dundas between Spadina & Beverley in Chinatown. Less expensive than places on Yonge, maybe not the same depth of menu either.

For what you want downtown give Coco at Pink Tulip a try. You can get a lot more mileage than you are looking for but she gives a good hard upper body massage, very pretty 30-34 Korean lady , terrific hand release and if you want to spend 80 all in you can get all that with topless and lots of touching.
