Apparently what you lust after is a Ganguro girl - japanese girls in their late teens and early twenties who colour their hair blonde, have dark tans and wear coulourful clothing and platform shoes. Apparently, they are inspired by a porn star named Ai Ijima, who had light hair and a dark tan.

Check Hollistic on 14th Ave. I saw a blonde chinese/filipina?? in there line up. She was cute, petite, about 5"0, slight tan but not very dark. She is the closest thing to your description that I have seen so far.

Sorry, you really do not have much choice in this one. I have seem a number of girls with brown hair or lighter highlights in their hair. I think that the girl at Holistic has highlights as well.

I truly have never seen a completely blond oriental, not to mention a blond tanned oriental.

I think that the closest thing that I have come to is a girl who is an independent at Spadina and Bloor who is tanned and I think that she has light brown hair. She is Fillipino and advertises in either the Eye or Now
