Bloodshot eye after treatment

I am currently training in Reflexology, and have noticed something very strange. Every time I do a treatment on my husband (always in the evening) when I wake up the next day my left eye is almost completely bloodshot (a really attractive look!! ) This has happened three times. The next day my eye is clear again. This doesnt happen when I treat anyone else.

Does anyone have any ideas on why this may be happening? I thought it may be that I am picking something up from him? I do make sure I keep my feet flat on the floor during the treatment so that I am grounded. I also shake and chop my hands at the end of the treatment and wash them thoroughly.

I treated him again wearing a Hematite crystal for grounding and it has worked as my eye is absolutely fine, so it seems that I was picking up something from him!
