Couple of things occurred to me while posting our ads for Sunny Spa at 620 Bloor West, Toronto. First was that there are a lot of us saying the same thing offering the same services and, although I don't know this, probably doing about the same thing. Second thing is even spas like mine don't get a lot of feed back from folks we have made happy.
Oh, no problem if a girl doesn't work out or or won't or cannot do something she is asked, then we get great feed back well not great but a lot of it. And usually we can fix it. But for the 99% of our clients who get exactly what they ask for and maybe a little more personal care than they hoped for, the ending is happy when they leave, refreshed and reinvigorated and get back to everything else.
So we were thinking about how to fix this while respecting privacy. Some of the girls took the view that "No News is good News" and that happy clients just keep coming back to them and that is the way it should be. Others said they got all the feed back during the holistic massage session itself and anything over and above that was un-necessary.
One care giver even reminded the rest of us that feed back forums can get misused by a tiny minority of clients who threaten bad reviews unless services outside the scope of the bylaw limitations are offered them so should not be encouraged anyway.
I've been in this business for a while, far longer than the girls who work with us who are typically fresh in or in their first licensing period and learning the ropes. But what I have learned is treat people right and they will respect that and, yes we would like feedback if you have the time.
Summer is coming to a close and fall is coming up fast. At Sunny Spa we practice safe everything so we wear masks and don't find it weird if you want too as well. But right now with lots of summer air and outdoors it is super safe to visit with your friends.
All the best Anna
