Damn it... I'm scared to goto these places now. What happens if you're just getting a massage in a place that happens to give extra-extras? Do you get fined and have to appear in court as well? The last thing I'd want is to have my name plastered in the newspapers as being charged for BEING IN a bawdy house when all I was getting was a basic massage.

This is why I stick to titty bars. In case you get busted in a strip joint you can always tell people you were just having a beer or meeting a customer.

But in a massage parlor, you are literally caught with your pants down and your dick out. If they publish your name in the paper you will be the laughing stock of the city, or at least your friends and family, its the biggest embarrassment I can think of.

Blue pearl is open really late. No other place except for alpha care is open that late. Their license (of course i'm not privy to that information) probably doesn't allow them to be open that late.... Along with the extra activity, it was a matter of time b4 the show came to an end.

Uh, some of these guys actually know what they're talking about - I wouldn't call it totally idle. Romeo seems to really know the business.

And no one from BP got on to dispute anything... then again, I'm struggling to recall anyone from BP ever posting in these forums...

They may not be open, but it does suggest giving your head a shake before going there. Platinum isn't that far away.

Well Romeo may make good maps but his knowledge of BP may not be as up to date. BP had a dispute with Licensing a long time ago and closed voluntarily until it was resolved. Once resolved they opened again and have slowly ramped up, careful of their hours of operation.

A lot of their LE problems ahd to do with a well known few MPA's who worked there and let's just say they exceeding many MP clients expectations in level of service provided.

That is not an issue anymore and LE has backed off. In any case there were never crimial charges laid, only a municipal by-law dispute over licensing.

Your post is funny though. You jump to the conclusion that since BP doesn't immediately jump onto massageplanet.net to dispute this idle gossip that it MUST be true! Then you go on to remark that you don't recall BP ever having much to say on massageplanet.net.

While I do indeed LOVE Platinum I think it is gossip mongers like you that should either give your head a shake yourself or have a nice cup of something instead.

If you ask licensing about their purpose they will say they ensure businesses meet minimum standards so that the customer is protected.

So if the customer, the hobbyist, contacts them about who meets these standards and who doesn't they won't tell you but that you can pay a fee and file an "access to informatuion request" and that they may or may not comply to it and that the response may or may not be prompt

What a lame system!

To discredit any rumours ... just a regular checkup of the premises and licenses, no charges laid and no bylaw infractions handed out.

These things happen all the time, it's our tax dollars at work, and every so often a rookie MPA blows things out of the water.

They are still open ... which should at least tell many of you something.
