In short the council is going to vote on removing the restriction that limits the number of body rub parlours allowed in Edmonton thus opening up the market to (lets hope) many more new operations and is the catalyst we need to bring down prices for body rubs which will hopefully in turn bring down RMT HE's!
When they are asking $75 for a HE and think there is nothing wrong with that then things need to change I think.

Treat it like a golf club with the share fee designed to set up the business. Then "green fee" would be charged per round. I see it as a win win. Membership would get you first dibs for tee times, and guest rounds would keep operational fees sustained.

assume no trophy for " a hole in one" as every round would provide that.
