Hi i started bodybuildin 2 weeks ago, i am 5'11 and weigh 150Ilbs (11 Stone) i jus wanted to know what i shud eat, how many meals a day and how much protein as im quite slim and dont put weight on i wondered if its ok in eating junk food or shud i stay well away, thanks
